Cut-off for joining B. Arch in School of Architecture and Planning varies every year. The students applying for B.Arch should appear for the NATA Exam (National Aptitude Test for Architecture ). The total marks of 12th will be considered for the cut-off calculation ( not MPC marks

yes. all what you need is to clear your 12 th . and what they actualy need is that you are eligible for the exam and i think you are eligible. and youhave to crack the entrance exam with the good rank, as admission is based on rank. so all

Even if you have given the LAT exam for BBA and you still wish to contine with B.Arch then also there's not a problem you can leave the counselling for LAT.
for counseling session of ipu you dont need to go anywhere as teh cpunseling of ipu conduct online only . you have to do everything online only. so need not to worry. all the best have a great future ahead.
