So I would just consider previous year scores
With 205 marks in JEE M Paper - 2
And 96% in boards
The normalised score came out to be 225.96
Which gave a rank of 2625
Getting a score of 274 in JEE M Paper-2
And 96.6% marks gave

If you are not able to get into SPA's and NITs for B.Arch. then there are list of various private institutions which at time's are better than the NITs so according to your rank you can get admitted.
With the score of around 200 in jeemain paper 2 you cannot get admission in SPA,NITs but you can look for some self financed college like GITAM Institute of Technology Vishakapatnam,VIT Vellore,SRM Chennai
There is no cut off marks in jeemain paper 2 . Nata have a pass marks of 80/200.
Rank would be around 25k college depends now on paper diffi and cut offs
