Thanks for approaching us. Since you have given JEE Mains Paper-2 , you will be getting a seperate AIR for B.Arch. As per your AIR you can apply to all the colleges offering B.Arch course.
Accordingly you will be called for counselling after the allotments and the process

Your ranking is good as per the category. There is high possibility of your admission in Jadavpur University in B.Arch. Generally the closing rank for OBC A category is around 22700 for B.Arch and you are far ahead of that.
