According, to previous year cut off you need to score more then 230 marks in your JEE Main paper 2 to take admission in NITs.

Cutoff mark cannot be predicted exactly because it depends upon various factors.
You should score more than 220 in JEE Mains paper-2, to get a seat in NIT.
