All we can say that if you get above 90 percent in boards try your best to get 115 above in NATA.

Now, to secure a seat jnto top IITs one needs to score a rank under 1000 which are IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur.

As there are only 2 IITs which offer B.Arch program (IIT KHARAGPUR & ROORKEE) so to secure seat in these institutes you will have to clear Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) and the aspirants who have secured a rank in JEE (Advanced) are eligible to sit for AAT so in order
There is no entrance for B.Arch program in IPU as the seats will be filled through NATA so you will have to apply for the same first as its registration window is open till 30th-March.
