Yes you can join B. Arch if you are studying Btech currently. But remember you'll have to drop out from Btech for getting admission into B.Arch. the basic eligibility for B. arch is 10+2 with atleast 50%. Following are few colleges offering B.Arch:

If you have submitted the JEE-Main 2020 application form for both paper-1and paper-2 along with application fee than you are enrolled for both the papers.
You have to appear for both papers. Don't worry about timing of papers, papers will not conduct simultaneously.

You have not mentioned the college name for which you are enquiring about the fees of B.Arch by NATA.
If you are asking generally, than the course fees of a government college for B.Arch course by NATA is about INR 60,000 to INR 90,000.

Yes you can use oil pastels in b.arch exams but i would suggest you to use crayons as oil pastels are quite heavy and can be problematic and they generally mention crayons in examinations thus using crayons will be beneficial. Carry Hb pencils, extra pencils for the exams as
