My answer might disappoint you but this is true that after doing 5 year b.arch there is less chance to get good job with high package.

Afer doing b.arch some start to work as asite architech or project manager .

Arcticuture student rarely get placed while campus placement.

I am extremely sorry to tell you but you have not performed well in your jee exam and your percentile is quite low , with your percentile you will not fetch a seat , neither in government colleges nor in good private colleges.

Actually admission counseling is based on 50% of 12th percentile & 1/4 th of NATA score.
It also depends on you are from inside or outside of Delhi.

Yes fees structure is different for every institute no institute share a complete same fee structure but yes tution fee for SFTIs are same as that of GFTIS but rest amount of feesis different even every caste has there own fees structure Sc and st caste candidates
