Why is delta connection not preferred for connecting sources?

aditya 11th May, 2021

Hello shduthi30

I hope you are doing good . As per your query, I would like to tell you about the exact reason behind not preferring delta connection for connecting sources. The real consumed power will be very short due to the delta connection as addition of one source with another source will not be possible. Three phase four wire system cant be established due to unavailibilty of  neutral point. The voltage occuring btw sliding will be equivalent to full line voltage in case of earth fault

Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future

Ayush 17th May, 2021

Hello candidate,

Out of the seven tariff systems available, the levy tariffs the most useful and most suitable for implementation on a General basis as it can help the economy with tariffs on imported goods in industries in which it wants to foster growth.

Moreover, it also increases the prices of imported goods and creates a domestic market for domestically produced goods while protecting those industries from being forced out by more competitive pricing.

Hope it was informational!
