There are ample number of colleges for BBA in the country .  Rungta R1 Bhilai is a decent college if you don't want to move out of your city.  Otherwise you can look for other colleges as well.

Hi. You will get into DU as your marks are pretty good. For DU, you require at least 60% in 12 which you have. Also, with your DUJAT marks, you can get into SSCBS for BBA and BMS.

You have not mentioned the name of the hostle. Generally every hostles now a days have ac rooms due to the increase in demands of the ac rooms. Student now a days give priorities to ac rooms than the non ac rooms. So every hostle have both rooms.
