First of all there is a chance that you get through in 4th cut off list. But there are many other colleges like KPB hinduja, NarseeMonji, NMIMS..

With this rank, there are no chances of getting CSE or IT in IET Lucknow, however you can opt for Civil engineering if you wannt stick to same college.
