Yes, you can do both BBA and mbbs both at the same time.
This is because,
UGC has given its approval that one can go for pursuing two courses at the same time, the only condition is that one cannot pursue both these courses in regular mode i.e for both the courses to be legal, one course can be in regular mode and other course must be in distance mode from Open University .
One can choose two different colleges for pursuing the two different degrees, that is one in regular mode and the other in open/ distance mode or one can pursue the two courses from the same institution or college provided it offers both regular and distance education.
Now,
Mbbs is not offered in distance mode. So, what you can do is do MBBS in regular mode and BBA in distance mode from open university and you can do both these at the same time.
