What exam should we clear for BBA and what is the minimum marks required from 12 and cuet Thank you.

Sakshi Sharma 9th Mar, 2025

Hello aspirant ,

I hope you are doing well. As per your mentioned query, some institutions take directly admission for BBA as there is no entrance exams for it. But some institutions has their own entrance exam for the admission. And most of the institutions take admission on the basis of CUET marks. Candidate should have atleast 50% in their class 12th.

I am mentioning a link from where you get the eligibility criteria of each and every college that take admission on the basis of CUET .

Is it possible to do bba in international business along with preparing for CA cuz Ive been thinking about it and my relatives told me that you have to abroad for the last year of bba in international business and you wont be able to do CA . And I want to do both . Can you please suggest what should I do or please suggest me what kind of bba should I do along with CA ??

kumardurgesh1802 9th Mar, 2025

Hello Aditi,

Yes, you can do BBA in International Business along with CA , but it depends on the program structure. Some BBA International Business courses have an optional study abroad year , while others allow you to complete the full degree in India.

What You Should Do:

  1. Check the BBA program details – Some colleges allow you to complete all years in India, which won't affect your CA preparation.

  2. If your program requires going abroad , consider a regular BBA (Finance, Accounting, or General Management) instead, as these align well with CA studies.

  3. Time management is key – CA demands intense study, so choose a BBA with a lighter academic load or one that offers flexibility.

If CA is your priority, a BBA in Finance or Accounting would be a better choice, as it directly complements CA subjects.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, then feel free to share your questions with us, we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

soo right know i am in grade 12th commerce without math I wanted to know in what colleges can I apply in for bba in du .but if its possible that I do math from outside and opt for math exam in delhi university

kumardurgesh1802 6th Mar, 2025

Hello Adeeb,

Since you are in 12th Commerce without Math , you can still apply for BBA programs at Delhi University (DU) but with some limitations.

DU Colleges for BBA Without Math:

You are eligible for BBA (FIA), BMS, and BA (Hons) Business Economics if you qualify CUET (Common University Entrance Test) . Some good colleges offering BBA/BMS in DU include:

  1. Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS)
  2. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College
  3. Keshav Mahavidyalaya
  4. Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce

Can You Take Math Separately & Apply?

Yes! You can appear for NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) Math exam as an additional subject. If you clear it before DU admissions and meet the required criteria, you can apply for BBA (FIA) and BMS in all colleges where Math is compulsory.

Next Steps:

  1. Register for CUET and check specific subject requirements for your preferred course.

  2. If you plan to take Math from NIOS, ensure you complete it before DU admissions start.

  3. Prepare for CUET’s Quantitative Aptitude & General Test to score well.

If you don’t take Math, you’ll still have good DU options but fewer choices in top BBA programs.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Du colleges to do bba from without maths

Mitali Sharma 4th Mar, 2025

Hello

Delhi University (DU) requires Mathematics as a mandatory subject in Class 12 for BBA ( Bachelor of Business Administration ) under the Common University Entrance Test ( CUET UG ) admission process. However, if you haven't studied Mathematics, you can consider other management-related courses that do not require Mathematics .

Since BBA in DU requires Maths as a compulsory subject , you may consider private universities in Delhi or courses like B.Com (Hons) & B.A. (Hons) Business Economics , which might have relaxed Math requirements in some DU-affiliated colleges.

Hope this gives you the clarity you need.
