First of all so far there is no official announcement of Delhi University taking admission through CUCET, and secondly admission to BBA is done through DU JAT  for which the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 60% aggregate in Mathematics, English and any two subjects

Maths is not compulsory for BBA in every university/college.you can apply for BBA if you have not opted Maths  in your senior secondary classes.

There are many universities which offer BBA to students  without Maths.These are some colleges  you can apply(Maths or without maths) .
