UPES is an institute that is known for courses offered in petroleum and energy course for engineers. For BBA it is still relatively a unknown institute .
I would suggest you to go for SYMBIOSIS FOR BBA

10th and 12th marks does not affect your BBA entrance exams. Your admission simply matter on your marks that you got in entrance exams and WA and PI.

No, one cannot get any fee reimbursement if a candidate's admission is through management quota. To be eligible to get fee reimbursement a candidate must be from weaker background section/ reserved category and must have taken admission through counselling. So you are not eligible to get fee reimbursement.

I don't think AMU is offering BBA in finance and accounts. You may get similar course during MBA at postgraduate level or in BCom in undergraduate level. Check this link for all the courses available at AMU
