Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology is better in every terms it has good faculty, good crowd and even good facilities than Rukmani Devi Institute of Advanced.
Placements are better in BPIT compared to RDIAS Overall BPIT is better.

For BBA they have some cut off for the 12th Marks in commerce stream. May be you can get the admission by clearing their exam which can be on site or off-line.

You might just get admission in BBA course, but it depends on the merit list .
Since they have total 870 seats ,the college does not release any BUMAT cutoff but instead of that the universitycalls students for the further counselling rounds on the basis of merit
