Engineering is completely different from LLB. Engineering deals with the technology and it is related to physics. Engineering in short known as APPLIED PHYSICS. Where as BBA deals with bussiness which has economic and related subjects and LLB is the bachelor of Laws. Both were the professional degree.

see you can definitely apply for abroad university to pursue further education after completing bba llb course, see most of the university accept ielts, toefel, gre score for admission, however it also depends on particular  course structure and university admission process. you need to search through the official website

It depends on your interest but if you see practically then BBA LLB is a good option because you will get exposure to management and Law and it will give you wide range of skills and experience.
