Hello Soni!
IELTS has nothing to do with the fact that you passed from BBOSE board. Canadian universities refer educational agencies to convert your marks into their credit based system or traditional GPA system, so you have nothing to worry about that. Moreover, IELTS is an english-proficiency test, so it has least connected with which board you passed from. You can apply for universities anywhere in the world easily.
Canadian universities ask you to submit your transcripts including your academic records to the educational agencies that will convert your marks into the Canadian grade point system. In short, all the educational boards which are recognized by the Government of India will be valid for admission in any university, either in the country or abroad. Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE) is a recognised board, so the education from BBOSE will be recognized by Canadian Embassy to India as well.
Hope you are clear now!

Hello,
As per the eligibility criteria of NEET, candidates are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:
Attained 17 years age by 31st December of the appearing year
Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional subject too are taken into consideration.
PCM aggregate against each category as mentioned below should be attained-
As of now, there is no upper age limit, hence no restriction in terms of appearing for NEET, now coming to your question BBOSE is a valid and recognized board, and NEET does allow candidates from open board to appear for the exam and the question of selection depends largely to your preparation level, NEET is highly competitive exam as you must be knowing that the number of candidates appearing for this exam is humongous and it keeps on increasing each year, however your sole focus should be on your study, you shouldn't feel anyway that coming from open board will act as a disadvantage, take all the necessary help and guidance if it's required, we have experts over here who can answer any of your query, so feel free to ask or you can search our site our entire team has compiled detailed information related to every aspect of the exam. Your selection depends on qualifying the cut-off marks, if I talk about state quota, then it varies among state like UP has high cut-off marks under 85% state quota, comparatively the cut off is higher in AIQ than that of state quota.
Hi there,
Please consider the following for the STATE OF ELIGIBILITY:
All the candidates are eligible for this quota independent of their choice under state of eligibility. This means that the candidates can fill in any state/UT (eg. state/UT of their Class XII school, Home state/UT etc.)
Since you gave 12th boards exams from BBOSE, you will be considered eligible for that state only. It will be taken as your Home State for NEET 2020.
Hope this helps...
