Indeed, you can do both recognition in EEE and BCA in a similar school gave your school offers both distance and standard mode training . You can't do both the course in ordinary mode, one should be in distance mode.

BHU offers the course B.Sc Computer Science Hons on the basis of CUET but it don't offers the course of BCA.

One requires skill and talent to become software engineer.  It does not matter whether you choose B.tech or BCA.

But if we see practically then I will suggest you to choose b.tech as b.tech has more value in comparison of bca. B.tech is a professional course.
