Fees of BCA course at christ university Is dependent on from where you belong . I.e. If you are from karnataka then your fees will be - 114000 INR. Per year.  And bca course is of three years so total fees is 342000 INR (3 years).

Admission in Indraprastha University for Bachelors in Computer Applications program is based on there entrance examination called IPU CET. The course seats are about 180 in number. It's a three year long course with a total fee of approximately 2.6 lacs. This doesn't include the living arrangements.

Pursuing BCA and ITI together will difficult for a student to continue and that too regular. Both are technical course and need time to study and extra focus.
