For doing Computer science from my research, both are good but B.CA is slightly better than B.SC because in some of the collages B.SC computer science is provided as triple majour and you can't learn much about it.

But B.CA is focusing on only Computer programing, design ,

• Registration for the JAT.
  
• Entrance  test.
  
• Merit  list.
  
• Admission  and fee payment.

BCA is a very hot course in coming years.
