The marks that you have mentioned are quite low . With this marks getting admission in bca would be difficult. So you can go for private colleges which offer bca courses. But getting a government college seems difficult.

There are many colleges in uttar pradesh which provides bca course .However it is very tough to get bca on a merit based college as your percentage is quite low .So you have to search for colleges which conducts ENTRANCE exam for its bca admissions

BCA stands for batchelor of computer applications

If you want to join in a good and reliable college, there is some criteria for BCA 

1. Candidate must be science student

2.minimum marks in 12th standard is 50%

3.some institutes need mathematics as 4th subject

It seems there is some confusion here. SVNIT offers only Btech and Intergrated MSc programs t the undergraduate level. It offers Mtech in the postgraduate level along with PhD. For MCA you have to appear in the NIMCET exam which is centrally conducted for all the NITs offering MCA program
