I think that International School of Management may have a little bit of better edge in management education as compared to NSHM Durgapur. Although the placements are quite similar yet the former institute provides better facilities in terms of faculty and infrastructure.

Top IIM's will keep the cutoff like above 90% throughput 10,12 and your graduation course.
Due to your low academic performance,you have less chance that you will get a call from IIM

If you want to go for MCA. Then you should learn programming.

For MCA you must be good in programing and coding. So, If you are not interested in the Computer application then you can leave it. Joining MBA would be a better choice than MCA.
