But if you are expecting that you will get a nice placement. Forget about it.

ITI means Industrial training Institute and BCA is completely different degree from it .

In ITI you are taught about different field works according to the subject you choose. But BCA has computer subjects. 

So finally you cannot teach iti people after BCA and for teaching you should have master

If you are interested in doing BCA do it. BCA is a good course, do it only if you are interested in computer field and want to make your career in field of computer science. 

Otherwise wait for your CET result and accordingly join as per your interest.

As per your Marks and Category you won't get admission in JNTU College. Eventhough you are a girl belonging to BC A category you won't get admission in JNTU. But you will get some good private Colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
