I am sorry to say but with 1123 rank in IPU CET BCA, you won't be able to get a seat in MSIT.
For year 2018, the cutoffs were as follows:-
First Shift:- closing rank was 455
Second Shift:- Closing rank was 772

BCS provides education related to computer science. It focuses on principles and use of computers.

Main subjects for BCS are:

Mathematics

Electronics 

Computer programming theory

Statistics
