Here is the estimation of the positions as per stamps in ipu BCA CET:

Beneath 500 Rank - More than 350 imprints

500-1000 Rank --350-330 Marks

1000-2000 Rank --330-310 Marks

2000-3000 Rank --310-290 Marks

3000-5000 Rank --290-250 Marks

According to TSICET 2021, candidates must have mathematics at 10+2(intermediate) level and with bachelors degree 45% result....

But according to you, you don't have mathematics at 10+2 so, I think you are not eligible for TSICET

Both of the courses are very different in each and every aspects.It depends on your interest to choose a particular coarse.If you are interested in programming then go for BCA and if you are interested in agriculture science then you should go for that one.
