Yes the admission criteria of IPU says they take only 15% students from out of Delhi. But you should not worry about it .Just focus on your entrance preparation and give the paper to your best.

IPU CET is the Qualifying Exam for admission to BCA in GGSIPU.

Since it is a professional course, choose the following option in the Category field

Common Entrance Test/B. Arch/ Weekend Programmes 

Or

Engineering/Professional/ M.Phil/PG Diploma
