Yes, BCA is a technical course! But in first year you’ll be having non technical subjects . and in the rest of the semesters you’ll be having the Technical subjects Like  HTML, Java, C++.

Yes you can enter cambridge institute through PGCETfor MCA. You can also take admissions through GATE OR An national level entrance exams . Usually For non karnataka students its better to give GATE or National level entrance exams.
