Could you please share a few particulars, like the name/location of the exact college you want, and the university its affiliated to? Different colleges have different application dates for their BCA program, so the answer would differ with that.

In case of sliding, if you have not goit any change in course then the old seat will be retained.

Only if you withdraw and apply for sliding or special rounds then you will lose your seat.
