yes you can opt for bca as you have to give entrance exam to be lligible for the admission in bca in diffrent college , please provide me your prefrence that for which colleg you want to go for private or governmnet i will suggest you accordingly. all the best

According to me , in your case only college high authorities can help you or can tell you regarding your transfer in different college you have to talk to the college that they will allow your transfer in diffferent college or not so please contact them .
