To be eligible to apply in Christ university for BCA course the basic eligibility for the programme is a pass at the +2 level
It depends on your interest & capability. Both are the good colleges. If you have the interest in B.tech then you can go for Roorkee College of Engineering & if you are interested for BCA then Bharti Vidyapeeth is a good option. So you can choose as per your interest.

Institute of Business Studies and Research, Navi Mumbai- 2.40 Lakh approximately
DAV College - [DAVC], Chandigarh - Rs. 34,700 Per year around
