Yes you can do bcom even if you have not done 12th. But for that you have to look for those private colleges which allows you to do so. Its not difficult, you can surely go for bcom.

Yes,you are eligible according to MH CET law Criteria a candidate who completed graduation or appearing in 3rd year can apply in MH CET.

For eligibililty a candidate must have 45 percent marks in graduation and for SC/ST percentage required is 40.
