You can't add another subject which not listed under the list B prescribed by the University as an elective subject.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that last year, before sliding round the minimum rank for Delhi General candidate was 2617 and maximum was 6365. You have decent chances of getting VIPS college considering previous years cutoffs.

First of all, congratulations for such an amazing result. To answer your question, chances are very slim for admission in hindu, hansraj or SRCC for B.com. I would suggest you look into other DU colleges which are great as well like Motilal Nehru College, Gargi College and many others.
