no there are total 3 rounds of online counselling apart from that there are 2 more rounds which is sliding round and spot round and all the rounds would happen but the schedule would be released soon so dont worry.

To change college in second year is quite difficult.
Sometimes even Changing branch becomes critical.and you can only get admission in second year of you are done with diploma in the same branch you are seeking admission in.
