your chances of getting a college in Delhi University are quite less as the cut off in most of the colleges is more than 90% but you might get in colleges like dr. Bhim rao Ambedkar, zakir hussain,etc in 6th or 7th cut off according to last year’s cut
i would recommend you not to go for evening colleges. There timings are really bad and are not safe specially for girls in a city like Delhi. So I would suggest you to go for dr. Bhim rao ambedkar college or swami shraddhanand college. These are not very popular

I would like to tell you about B. Com in Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). It is a very vast and varied campus with good exposure. It has a lot of courses one of which is B. Com. The fee of the same is Rs. 40,000 per year.
