For Bcom Hons. in Uttranchal University for 3 years, the fee is INR 1,15,200 starting for the first year. It will cost you 4 lakh- 6lakh. Eligibility 10+2 with 50% for general and 45% for SC/ST category. Everything is good but the placements provided are average only the brilliant ones get the most golden opportunity. The infrastructure is very good at Uttaranchal University. Facilities like WIFI, labs, classroom, canteen and the library are too good.

You can simply go to the college in the admission form for the b.com after your 12th board result then depending upon the college there might be merit based result or result based on examination.

As per your query...Yes!!! you must have mathematics in your class 12th to be eligible for Bachelor of Commerce(B.com) Hons, you can take admission in B.Com (//B.Com) without maths but for B.Com (//B.Com) Hons Maths is must.
and you should have passed class 12th from any recognised board or council.
If you do not have Maths in class 12th but still want to study B.Com Hons try to apply in BHU, Symbiosis, Loyala colleges or universities to take admission and For DU you must have mathematics in 12th class.
