You have not told about your category so I'm assuming your category as General category. According to the previous year cutoffs and by assuming you as general category student, there are almost no chances for you getting into the Bachelor of dental science course of dental colleges in Maharashtra. What if i got BDS seat via Punab state counseling in first round and joined the college.. and then got mbbs in mop up round. can i leave my bds seat to join mbbs? or do i have to pay some fees in order to leave my bds seat alloted in first round?

During the counselling process when the student is allotted any college, he/she must have to report to the college in the given time. There the student have to submit their original documents to book the seat.

Among BDS, BAMS and BHMS which one has better scope in future in government jobs and others?

See the above three fields are well oriented and have good scope ahead. But if you want to have a good clinical exposure or if you want to be a doctor in the government medical hospitals then going for BDS will be better. See for medical purpose there are more
