Yes , even if you're doing BDS and you are in 1st year right now, you can appear in NEET 2022 examination and if you manage to get MBBS seat you can leave your BDS and get admission in MBBS

see if you do quit your course now you  can not get the final certificate. generally you have to pay the semester fees, and if you do quit the course, your first years certificates would not help you in any admission to any others courses, however you have to
