With your score you have no chances to fetch a seat in mbbs and bds colleges.you just cleared the cutoff and clearing cutoff alone cannot fetch you a seat.you need minimum of 500+ to fetch a seat inbds for this year.you did not mention your cat so considering

No, it's not like that.

This is because,

There is no need to do MBBS for doing BDS as you can directly do  BDS after your 2nd PU or class 12th.

Admission in both BDS and MBBS is through the same entrance examination i.e neet, you can directly
