Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Andhra Pradesh according to your profile and category as general.

So on such marks you have no chance to get any of the Dental college for BDS under state quota of Andhra Pradesh even for B-Category

You can apply for the subsequent rounds of counselling as long as the procedure goes on. The mop up round of counselling in states for MBBS or BDS seats is only conducted if there are vacancies.

If so, you can apply for the mop up round in the state counselling.
