As you have not mentioned any caste category so I am imagining you as OBC.
It totally depends on the rank you are securing. But according to last year a person belonging to OBC category and scoring 320 marks will not get BDS in any government colleges.
But
If you join any medical/dental college during a particular year and decide to vacate the position after a period of two years, you will have to pay the full fees for the entire course for vacating the seat. This holds true for students of any category.
