As you belong to the st category and the cut off for this category usually goes low that's why on the basis of your marks you have little chance to get the bds or bams medical seat.

The cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.
