So for the degree in MD a dentist who can cleared his BDS degree from an equivalent institution obviously eligible for the test.

Well getting a government college with this marks is not possible at all becaus ethe marks are very low and the rank is also very high. Government seats are not possible not even in state quota counseling even if your category is EWS.
