For admission in BDS course you need to qualify NEET not EAMCET. You would need at least 550 or 570 marks in NEET to get a decent college for BDS (Dental surgery).

Considering you as general category candidate , With 260 marks in Neet 2024 it is difficult to get government bds seat. This is so as there is fierce competition and also it depends upon cut off neet 2024.
