Well getting a government college with this marks is not possible at all becaus ethe marks are very low and the rank is also very high. Government seats are not possible not even in state quota counseling even if your category is EWS.

Cut off changes every year . And every years cut off is increasing with 50-75 marks.

cut off for unreserved category - 50 percentile ie 697 - 131 marks

for OBC 40 percentile ie 130- 107 marks

sc  - 40 percentile ie 130- 107 marks

st - 40

It depends on the hardness of question paper and the category you belong to.As you have not mentioned it I suppose you are talking about general category. In himachal around 460 is needed for admission in BDS. Thank you.
