You will not be eligible for government colleges.
You can try for management seats in state quota or all india quota.

You discontinuing B.Sc doesn't count because you have already started BDS now and your highest qualification remains 10+2 though you are studying BDS now. In your case, your qualification code will be 07. Code 07 says:

The cut offs are not specifically for MBBS or BDS or Ayush or Veterinary courses. So if you are not able to secure the cut offs, you cannot get a seat in any course that conducts its admissions based on NEET score. The cut offs are the same for all

If a student scored 189 In 2019 and now he take preparation for neet 2020.You say that this years score card is also permit for next year admission. My question is if the student will attend neet 2020 and score below than 189 then can he apply for bds in private colleges with his 2019 scorecard?
