there is no such process for cancelling, just donot report to the allotted college and your seat will be cancelled. but then then you will forfeit the security money in case of both aiq counseling and private and state counseling.

Well if you want to cancel your seat then just do not accept the seat by taking admission. Because sometimes there is penalty that you may have to pay if you cancel admission after paying the fees. So just do not proceed further with the admission process.
