According to last year's cut off there is No chances to get admission in any government medical or bds colleges as the cut off for general category is 500 and above.
But you can go for admission in private Medical Colleges
Sorry to say but at this rank there are no chances of getting a seat in any govt mbbs/bds seat in general merit . Usually the closing rank to get an mbbs seat is 18000-19000in AIR However you can try for private colleges if you can . Other wise try

If you're planning to simply buy a degree (getting private education) I would say take a loan or something and do only MBBS or nothing. BDS and BAMS are both nice prosperous fields but not worth private education. However if you're looking for a government seat, here is
