Getting a seat in government colleges is next to impossible in both MBBS as well as Dental colleges. The cutoff stays well around 500 in government colleges. Even in private college it is tough to get a seat.

The chances are bit low. The qualifying marks for bds is also high. This much marks can hardly cross that criteria. If you get the chance for counselling go for it.
