no dear its not possible to change the course formthe rd year to 1st where as the seats alloted will not available and all the seat would be filled right, if you still wanna do then you would try the NEET UG again and do from first

Based upon previous year cutoff trends,Your markin NEET UG 2019 are enough to fetch you a seat in BDS college . But they are not enough to fetch you a seat in government BDS colleges , you can get a seat in private colleges only like:
