Once the counselling is completed ,you can apply for "Transfer certificate" from the college where you are doing B.Sc.They might take time to prepare these documents .You must withdraw all the certificates/documents from the college before the counselling .So that you can produce all those at the time

I would like to let you know that for getting admission into BDS course you need to score around 400+ marks in NEET exam.As you have got 303 marks in NEET,you can get admission in BDS course in private college but these colleges wont be good these colleges

You have not mentioned your category and home state. The state quota would be feasible for a seat if we analyze past cut off. ESIC Dental College, Gulbarga general category cut off was 303. Pay Attention - The cut off is old and would change with the number
